As a hostess, you are responsible for sending out an invitation to your guests notifying them of the date, time, and location of the party as well as instructing them on how to order their signs. 

Feel free to use the image below as an invitation to send to your guests.  It details the steps your guests will need to take to place their orders.  Please make sure to let them know that all orders need to be in ONE WEEK PRIOR to your party date.

To host a private party, you must have a minimum of 5 people (not including you).  If 5 people do not place orders by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the party and your booking deposit will be forfeited.

All party guests must place their orders ONE WEEK prior to your party date.  That means if your party is on a Friday, all orders are due the Friday prior to your party. 

All stencils are cut once the orders are placed.  Because of this, changes can not be made to the size or design that was chosen at checkout.  If you or your guests are ordering a custom sign, you will need to also email the image you would like us to make.  You can email that to signsofsummerok@gmail.com
